Since 2002 the SAM has published a magazine called 'Les News du SAM'. This gives exhibitors at the event the opportunity to present their innovations and new products but also to publicise news about new subsidiaries, a change of address or even new appointments within their company. 'Les news du SAM' also offers its readers interviews on topical issues and all the practical information they need to visit the exhibition, such as opening hours, prices, a list of exhibitors and how to get there. 28,000 copies of the magazine are printed in French, English and German, and it is regularly sent not only to exhibitors but also to decision-makers in the mountain equipment industry and exhibition visitors.
